A lovely support team ♥
I explained my problem clearly, detailing what I had already tried on my end, and the support team immediately helped me more thoroughly, taking me seriously and without making me repeat common steps (plugging and unplugging, trying to restart the computer, etc.). Furthermore, the support team was lovely and very quick; a huge thank you again!
