Smash It Sports has THEE best customer service! I bought a very expensive bag for my son and 3 of the zippers got off track and wonky. I messaged customer service and told them about the issue. They requested pictures. After reviewing the pictures, T they determined it was covered by the manufacturer warranty and shipped a new bag immediately! It was a lot easier than I expected it to be. I definitely recommend Smash It Sports!
