ETA: After filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau, I was taken care of; my account has been canceled and a refund has been processed. Finally. DO NOT USE THRYV!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Initially the system worked with QuickBooks. After many months of glitches and issues, they just decided they would no longer support QuickBooks integration. I've sold my business and tried to cancel, but continue to receive bills and I keep getting the run around with customer service. Either I am transferred, then disconnected, or the customer service rep says they are unable to handle my request. For a subpar system, you would hope they would at least have decent customer support. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!
