Delays + non responsive = shop elsewhere when you can.
Customer for 20+ years, but sharing my latest bad experience. My item was more than a month delayed, during which time I was given the runaround while trying to cancel my order. Many weeks later they shipped the item anyway (after I'd bought it elsewhere) and billed my credit card.
