Pay-to-Play Scam: They Hold Your Health Hostage
I am extremely disappointed with Remi. After a long wait and a total lack of professional communication, I was told by their staff that 'I have no choice but to wait' and they 'don't ship same-day.' However, I quickly discovered that they offer a $30 'expedited shipping' option for same-day/next-day dispatch. This is a clear case of deceptive business practices. They are intentionally slowing down standard orders to extort additional fees from customers who are at risk of dental relapse. The customer service was rude and dismissive. For an orthodontic product where timing is critical, their 'pay-to-play' shipping scheme is unethical. I will be warning others in the dental community to stay away from this company. This is not how you treat customers, especially in healthcare.
