So I got sent the wrong item
So I got sent the wrong item, I was excited to build a new kit, and I got multi cam instead of the coyote brown. But after submitting an email request for customer service John gave me easy to follow instructions to return the product and got me the correct plate carrier at no additional charge. I got it, already have it set up, it’s more comfortable, and the quality is amazing. I would say my only gripe is that some of their other products don’t have the same color available (mostly just coyote brown) but otherwise if I needed a new carrier I would get RTS again.
