Very bad and unreliable company
Very bad and unreliable company. Booked direct flights from Singapore to Bali. Only same day, I found out that they booked me over Kuala Lumpur which would have cost me almost a whole day of traveling and re-arranging my flight schedule. I had to cancel everything and book a direct flight with Singapore airlines for tripple the price as very last minute. The company refused to give me a refund. Will consult a lawyer who will handle it. Strongly recommend not to book via Airpaz!!!
