Failure to Provide Credentialed Tutor as Promised
I enrolled with the expectation of being matched with a credentialed teacher, as communicated at the time of purchase. The assigned tutor did not meet that standard, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue was not resolved before sessions were scheduled to begin. While the representatives were responsive, the process lacked follow-through and alignment with what was promised. I ultimately canceled due to this mismatch and delay in resolution.
