Shipping or tracking the order
Shipping or tracking the order was almost non existent. Tree did arrive, took it about a week from when they made the shipping label till tree was received. Box was very sturdy and in good shape when it arrived. Tree was very wilted yet the soil in the pot was still wet to the feel.?? A few of the smaller branches and some leaf groups were broken but hasn’t hurt the appeal. Unboxed and sat out in the sun to see if it comes out of it, could be a little shocky. Will be getting into it’s forever home tomorrow.
