As I was looking at Rex MD's website
As I was looking at Rex MD's website, I found a product that I liked. After answering a series of personal and health questions, and entering my card number, I left the website without knowingly ordering anything. Suddenly I received an email stating that my order was received, the amount that was charged, and that the product would be on its way...today! I immediately called my bank to place a stop payment or at least to credit my account while they investigated the issue. Also called Rex MD itself and requested cancellation, but the customer service representative said she couldn't cancel the order because the product was already shipped. All this to say that even though I haven't tried the product I supposedly ordered, the company's handling of this was way off and a little shady. Don't trust them.
