I've had to send pictures drivers license picture multiple times. Had people tell me I could get 60 when I can only get 50 people telling me it will ship within 24 hours and never did. I'm still waiting for my prescription to ship and getting very frustrated after I had been receiving prescription since 2021.

Kim was truly one of the most superb customer assist people I have ever dealt with. She immediately made the change I requested, and with no pressure at all, mentioned a couple of other things. I asked her to send me some info., and it was in my inbox in 2 minutes. When I wished her a good day, she sounded genuinely delighted and wished me the same. I suspect many of her interactions are contentious, but is has not left her jaded .

Well it's funny how 99% of the people who place an order do not know about automatic renewal. It's one little small line in the agreement that says you automatically signed up for the next month. Very strange how the phone number that is listed on the credit card charges no longer works and the reviews are two stars. This is a very deceptive way to do business. Girl that was on the phone automatically got on the defensive. Evidently numerous phone calls and numerous contacts regarding the same thing. I rate this product a 6 out of 10 business practice a two out of 10. Very deceptive way of doing business I'm sure a lot of people would rather do business legitimately and have a choice of renewal not automatic. Hope others finds this hopeful

I had the pleasure of speaking with Kim Scanland to take care of my request. Kim was very personable, professional, and quickly resolved my issue. Kim is a true asset to your team. I do have a suggestion though and Kim has nothing to do with this issue. My receipt has a date of billing but no date of service. My FSA manager kicked it back because your receipts do not specifically say Date of Service. I was able to resolve that using ChatGPT to copy the receipt and add a Date of Service entry. But you should make a change to say Date of Service. Yes it's hair splitting but it caused me more work.
