I have been stressed because my health insurance would not pay for my weight loss medication any longer. I was making a lot of progress with the medication and I felt the need to continue without insurance and I selected RO. The process was not difficult. The price was taken into consideration and I feel that RO offered me a solution. I am currently waiting for my RX to be shipped.
I started using RO for lash growth help. The product itself didn't work for me but the customer service was excellent. I then started using Zepbound for weight loss. I have been extremely happy with the total experience with RO. Delivery is always overnight and product arrives perfectly packaged and cold! Customer service is on point! I always have many questions about everything and the replies are quick and helpful, never a frustrated response. You sent me approval for 1098.00 to my credit card who denied it. All the way through your processing it was stated 99.00 a month first month free and would billed every month for 99.00 dollars but you sent a bill for the entire year. That's not fair business and sounds like faurd. I can't work with that.
My prescription couldn’t be delivered by Fed Ex. On the date so I tried to reschedule and it wouldn’t take my credit card to pay for additional fee . They notified me it would be returned to the sender if I didn’t reschedule delivery. My signature was required and I was not home. I cannot get in touch with fed ex . There is no contact number to communicate with them . Please resolve this issue. It is very important that I receive it asap
I just signed up for RO so I am new to the program. So far, my experience has been fantastic. From the first day I signed up, to receiving my prescription in the mail was 6 days! My initial consultation was within hours. I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to the beginning of my new journey
I was lied to. I was told the first of month of meds would be $39, then $149 each month after. Upon approval, I was charged $149 for the meds, in addition to the initial $39 fee I had previously paid. The shadiness of how they scam people into signing up is sick. Now I can’t even get an email back from anyone. I will NEVER recommend this company to anybody, I will, in fact, tell everyone to find another company such as Hers or Embody.

You are very thorough. I stay in contact with my doctor about your company because my retirement plan does not help me with a good weight management plan.
