Ms Kim was very helpful. The functionalality of your website is horrible at best. It holds updates from years ago. But current updates, tracking etc. Is nearly non-functional. The site is constructed entirely around advertising. When you click account, you get adds. When you click labs , you get ads. Extremely irritating and a total waste of time. It seems like a good team to work with. Caution...any order you placed, no matter the price point, with the auto renewing subscription, you will be billed at list price. I don't like this business method of theirs. You must cancel your subscription and reorder at the best price you can get. The staff is always great to work with. Real people.
