Complete and utter scam, they took my $80 and then didn’t show up for the appointment. I’ve gone to their alleged, “portal“ and sent no fewer than five different messages asking them when we are going to reschedule and I’ve had no response. At this point, I am charging back the $80 from my bank. I advise you to not do business with this company.
I ordered Wegovy pills twice and they never worked. I cancelled my subscription and Life MD continued to pull money from my account. Now, they are dragging their feet to reimburse me over $1,200.00. This company is terrible.
Medications never arrived, but charged for them, plus pointless consult fee.
I paid $79 for an online physician consult. After reviewing my symptoms, the physician told me he would order 2 prescriptions and lab work, and that I should expect the medications in about a week. I never received the medications.
I contacted customer service multiple times over the following weeks. I was told the issue was being escalated, then that the prescriptions had been resent to the their pharmacy and expedited, and later that the physician had been contacted again to resend them. Despite all of that, nothing arrived.
Eventually I asked to cancel everything and requested refunds. I was told the medication charges would be refunded, but they would not refund the $79 consult fee. I was then told that the prescriptions were on the way to me, so I said I was fine paying the fee if I was actually going to receive what had been ordered. I still never received the medications.
After repeatedly trying to resolve this directly, I disputed the $79 charge with my credit-card. I gave this company multiple opportunities to correct the problem before disputing the charge. The repeated assurances that things had been sent or resent when I ultimately received nothing left me extremely frustrated and uncomfortable with the way this was handled. I would not use this service again.

I truly believe that LifeMD is operating a known scam, and they’re able to get away with it through confusing business practices while continuously charging your account. Myself, my mother, and my sister have all used this service and experienced similar issues. Every month, $300 is subtracted from your account, but the medication is never sent. Then, a form is filled out to “request” your prescription, but most of the time for me, the prescription is never sent. I have messages in my account where I said “my prescription never arrived” with no response. Chats go unanswered or a call is required. There’s always a reason - maybe you need to have a virtual doctor check in and no one alerted you. Maybe there was an issue with delivery. Regardless, until multiple points of contact are made, the account is still charged and the prescription is not sent, but now, you’re outside the 3 day window online for reimbursement.
Additionally, they told my mother that she was able to get 3 months sent to her at a time for a lower fee. I requested that subscription plan, and I was told verbatim that “they’d never heard of that” and “she must be with another provider”. Both of us go through LifeMD.
The first time I called to escalate the issue, I was offered and accepted account credits. This time, I was extended a partial refund, because they still ‘retained my membership” during that time, with 0 services rendered. I would like my money back. LifeMD is not a charitable organization - they are a business whose membership avails you to obtaining a prescription. If no prescription is made available, no services for “membership” were rendered, and they should be held to the full reimbursement of the charge.

Approved for the program and then told I was not eligible.
It sounded great initially and I was excited to begin. I filled out the questionnaires and it said I was a good candidate so I went ahead with the appointment. The clinician was late for the appointment and then quickly told me I was NOT eligible because of a history of something that I had included in my medical history. It was a waste of my time. They did offer three medication’s instead of one, but they would not have been as effective and likely would’ve cost more. I will continue elsewhere and hope not to have any financial issues like others have had with this program and trying to discontinue.

Id give zero if I could. We didn't qualify and kept getting charged repeatedly for months AFTER it was canceled and they refuse to refund it because of their policy. Run away if you can.

They were good when I first started. Now it’s takes days and weeks for responses and you will have to go without medication due to their speed. Which is incredible due to the costs of this service. They recently increased their prices which is bad because the customer service has gone the other way.

I was so excited to find a program that I could get for $29 a month using my insurance I went through and set everything up and sent them the name of the pharmacy where I wanted my prescription sent well I never heard from my doctor, all that I got was an email that $350 had been charged because they sent the prescription to their own in-house pharmacy to be filled and did not use my insurance. I never got any confirmation from a doctor on my dosage or anything like that and when I contacted them, it took them three days to even get back to me. It’s been a nightmare. I was able to get it down to 199 but still I canceled everything with them and I’m not going be using the service. My insurance covers the medication which I put in the original request so why would they not have sent it to the pharmacy that I requested or at least use the insurance that I provided absolutely terrible experience with them.

WORSE company ever, take your money and never send medication. Unresponsive customer service after several attempts. It’s too bad because their sleep med really did help me. They charged me 162.00, said they sent out the med and I never received it. If it was just once I would assume it was a USPS problem but this is the second time and customer service has been non existent.

Been trying to get a basic refill since June. And before that it took 7 months to get the first medication shipped. They always message “we’re elevating your concern” or “we’ve passed you message on to your provider”. I don’t think they actually have any doctors. STAY FAR AWAY

The place is a scam-No question!! I only inquired about the program and stupidly enough I provided my CC info, before following through with the program. I never created an account or received any meds or consultation. Today I noticed the company has been charging my card since June. The total amount charged it nearly $900.00.
