My children have been learning with Turito for the past two years, and overall it has been a positive experience. I was initially quite skeptical about enrolling them, as we had a disappointing experience with another large online tutoring platform. However, Turito’s team handled things well—the admin and support staff arranged several demo classes and gave my children the flexibility to choose a teacher they felt comfortable with. In particular, Dyva from the admin team has consistently been supportive, responsive, and understanding. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. It would be beneficial to have more regular tests and assessments to better track each child’s progress. Additionally, placing greater emphasis on preparing students for NAPLAN and aligning lessons more closely with its requirements would further enhance the overall learning experience.
