Ordered on 04/05/26
Ordered on 04/05/26, tracking updated two days later on the 7th to show they had created a shipping label. On the 17th I contacted them as the tracking had not updated in 10 days. Their response was wait another 5 days. Well I forgot about it for a few days. Remembered again on the 22 and checked the tracking, still no update. So I contacted them again through the chat. 10 hours later still no response. Seriously considering clawing my money back through my bank. Customer service is a joke.
