What people say

Lack of communication and violation of return policy

I order two products, which then turned into 3 (for a total of 11 products as there are 3 bottles in each), which then some how ended up with 4 charges. I immediately emailed them back, and was told by the AI secretary (it says it's an AI secretary) that the product was already shipped and that once I received it, they could return it. Packages arrived, one broken, which spilled all over the other packages, and smelled horrible. I immediately emailed and asked for a replacement and sent them a picture. No response. Followed up again, No response. Sent another set of emails, with no responses. The website has no phone number, and no chat feature. Since then I have received multiple emails about discounts, (which I responded to again asking for a refund) with no response. I gave full warning of contacting my CC, and still no response!

The fragrance isn’t bad

The fragrance isn’t bad, it’s not as advertised where it turns heads or draws women to you. It’s okay at best. The main issue I think needs to be addressed is the staying power of the fragrance and especially the deodorant. Fragrance last maybe 2-3 hrs if you move a lot. I have applied it prior to work, prior to working out, and prior to going out for leisure. In every scenario the scent faded within a few hours. The deodorant which I thought would be a good companion and not mess the fragrance up, just doesn’t hold up at all. It goes on super dry and as soon as you start sweating it fades fast. I get it’s not an anti-perspirant but with this you have to reapply frequently. Within 45 mins I could smell my own sweat and didn’t have the means to reapply. If you like the scent of the cologne, great keep on using it, do not put your faith in the deodorant though. Does not last all day like it claims and for $30 it’s a little pricey to pin your confidence on. Stick with your regular go to deodorant or anti-perspirant.

a $39 dollar purchase turned into $400…

a $39 dollar purchase turned into $400 after watching the videos about cupid cologne for me and how great the advertising made it to be. They withdrew 3 different withdraws from my account that added up to $400. I’ve reached out via email and they asked me to keep the charges and colognes they added on my account unknowingly and offered me a 30% online store credit. Obviously, they know they are scamming to say that to me. I asked for a full refund to my account and got nowhere with them online! I’m very disappointed with this fake scamming company. I will report them to my bank, I will report them to the better business bureau, & report them to all merchant services so they’re on the lookout for the marketing scamming video techniques!!!! - Adam

Do not purchase because they wont honor their 100% garantee.

It would be hard to breach the Trustpilot Guideline because Cupid has angered me. The first spray sickened me as it smelled awful. Continued emails to the company to return the product were unsuccessful. I ended up disputing the charge with my CC company. The customer service was as smelly as the perfume.

They will scam you. Do not buy.

Use AI and research a company before you buy, they have used stars like trust pilot on their website to showcase 1000s of reviews but the reality is that trust pilot does not have those reviews. They are using subconscious tricks to get people to buy. They are scam artists. I got the initial $10 offer to try it out, I didn’t want the subscription, they reached out and said it was cancelled (was cancelled after email back and forth with them around 10 times) then next month they charged me again and when I reached out, they stated I didn’t fill out a form which is why the cancellation wasn’t finalized. That’s a lie, I was never told to fill out a form. Regardless, I filled out the form, but in the meanwhile the product got delivered to my house, now I have to pay a return shipping, after which they will receive the product, verify it’s condition and then tell me if my refund was approved.

A while back I ordered the 2.0 and upon…LIED to

A while back I ordered the 2.0 and upon receiving it I was unsatisfied with it smell and the details that they said it had were false it had a weird smell and it cost way more than they advertised they took money out of my bank account and unknowing to me. Then they came up with the 3.0 version had Dan from Cupid sent me an email saying I had a 100dollars in store credit and insisted that I use it before the time run out so I place my order and he said the in-store credit would be applied at checkout well it wasn't applied at checkout and when I asked him about it they just kept sending me email after email abortion the question that I was asking and I don't think there was ever $100 in-store credit like Dan said it was just a way to get me to order $128.24 worth of their cologne 3.0 hoping I wouldn't notice that the $100 in-store credit had not been applied but I did notice it and when I questioned them I got all kinds of emails saying everything but why my credit wasn't applied.. they misled people saying things that ain't true in a way that people fall victim to Little lies and it ends up been a nightmare for a lot of us I don't think a company should mislead and take advantage of people and think they are okay doing it it is not okay how many true believer in you stand for what you say you're selling something and you said something special then it better be something special not just a tactic to manipulate money out of honest people.. I'm very unhappy with her strategies and their customer service and just being jerked around never getting a anchor that I was looking for.. yours truly Richard testerman..7-9 2026

Trash and scam company

Trash and scam company. They giving out items free for the first month (April) yet I have to pay for delivery fee. Not only that, I have not yet received anything up to this date (July). Furthermore they put me under a subscription plan which I not aware of which scam me 100bucks. I can’t even get a refund. There is no receipt too. I only found out when my bank account set a notification for insufficient balance.
