Warning warning - find another company
Unfortunately I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had them, and cancelled the service - returned ALL of their equipment and filled out their paperwork. What they never said - never contacted us about was that a part of the paperwork wasn’t filled out as they needed it…. So even after being told that we wanted to cancel, even after getting their equipment back…. They continued to charge us. After this was discovered we got absolutely NO help from their customer service even though they acknowledge that it should have been cancelled as we haven’t used the system in MONTHS. Save yourself the grief and headache - find a company that has morals because this one does not
