Improved Service
The bus left on time, it was clean and smelled good. The driver was funny and pleasant. I would like to ride with her again in the future. I like the rules of the bus because it was quiet and behavior controlled. Greyhound buses and behavior of passengers have really improved over the years, as well as departing on time. I like the assigned seating, and the ability to buy an assigned seat if you choose.
