TooLost protects copyright fraudsters and ignores Spotify's legal rulings.
I am the owner of the label "IStar IFun." Avoid TooLost at all costs. They protect fraudsters and ignore legal evidence from global platforms like Spotify. The Facts: Spotify's Ruling: On April 19, 2026, the Spotify Content Protection Team officially validated my copyright claim (Case #23622939) and removed the infringing content stolen by a fraudster ("Brown Alex"). Irrefutable Proof: I provided TooLost with Suno Pro creation logs (dated Jan 17, 2026) and publication timestamps that predate the thief's upload by months. Negligence: I sent 4 formal emails with all the evidence, but TooLost ignored them all. Unfair Ban: Instead of taking action against the infringer, TooLost unilaterally banned my account and deleted my entire legitimate catalog, causing severe professional damage. TooLost is either complicit in royalty theft or utterly incompetent in handling copyright disputes. They ignore industry leaders like Spotify and offer zero support. I demand the immediate restoration of my account or a formal Release Letter for my works. Artists beware: Your music and royalties are NOT safe with TooLost. Update to TooLost reply: First of on April 14, 2026, I submitted a ticket from the support section to resolve the problem, but Too Lost has not responded so I wrote the review here and commented on Instagram and Twitter. Then you guys gave me a feedback on the April 25, 2026 saying that decision has been made and we can have one chance to defend ourselves. I submitted the ticket again immediately on that day. Today is May 20, 2026. It’s been 26 days and you still haven’t gave me any feedback or updates about my case. I mentioned on that claim that I am the original artist and the other people who copied my work and post it on a copyright platform has been resolved. I also gave you another option that if you will not accept my original work, I requested for a release letter for my entire work that was registered on Too Lost. On your reply, you told me to submit it as a ticket on your website or send an email, but it’s not going through unless I create a noise.
