I got a hair piece and it was not shaped for a topper. Immediately contacted Yilite to set up a return and get a refund. Multiple emails were going back and forth to convince me to keep the hair piece. I finally said enough with this back and forth I need a refund and where to return it. Now, im told 20 percent to restock and if I keep it I will get a discount. No im wanting my refund. It was returned march 26 and still no refund. Multiple emails requesting refund but told they have look for the return and it will take a long time. Now no response. I will be contacting my bank. Awful customer service!
