We ordered business cards from GotPrint. If I had found the Yelp reviews before I ordered I would have gone elsewhere from the start. But unfortunately I found them now after we placed and received our order. All of the cards are printed off center and the matte paper upgrade option feels like something I could have printed at home. The edges are not smooth and the cards are very thin. After some back and forth with customer support they offered to reprint one of the 4 cards we ordered and provide a $25.19 store credit. Here is their response... "We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Please be advised that we can provide you with either a Store Credit of $25.19 OR a free reprint for set 3 with the understanding we do reserve a 1/16 cut shift tolerance." EDIT: They ended up refunding the entire order without further communication to me. I guess they saw the one star review. Revised above to two star review.
