Smooth experience and strong toolset! We’ve been using Zoho for managing parts of our workflow, especially around social media and communication, and the overall experience has been very solid. The interface is intuitive, and the range of tools makes it easy to keep things organized without jumping between multiple platforms. What stands out most is how flexible the system is — it adapts well to different use cases. Support and onboarding have also been smooth so far. As a note for transparency: we received a 30-day extension for leaving an honest review — but the feedback above reflects our actual experience.
