NO COMS
I booked an Air Asia flight unbeknown to me through Airpaz. I thought I was booking through AA. The airline cancelled our flight home and rescheduled us on a flight at 1 am two days later. Aipaz made no effort to communicate that to us and we had to accept the shitty 1 am flight and find accommodation for an extra night and a half. The insurance company did pay out, but the lack of coms was unacceptable. Be careful when booking with this 3rd party.
