I initially had trouble loading the SW onto my computer and called the help line. Jake immediately answered the phone and within fifteen minutes sent me an alternative file that solved my problem. He made sure to let me know that if I had any further problems, I could contact him directly. Another tech support person followed up the next day to make sure all was well with the software.
