The first pair of boots were too large…
The first pair of boots were too large and not as pictured in the website photo. They also took a long time to arrive as would be expected. Size 9 varied from pair to pair. The return and replacement process were a little frustrating but at the end, I received a replacement that fit and looked perfect. I would like to thank Xueqin for his excellent assistance and help!
