Bad user exp for iLoud MTM
I am a user of iLoud MTM. The product was indeed nice. However, I didnt expect studio monitor speaker will have amplifier failure within 4 years. So, my left side was dead after 3 years, and my left side was also dead after 4 years. I tried to google repair and found that quite a number of users in reddit had similar repair concern due to the short product lifespan. I tried to connect IK multimedia, and it took me almost two months to eventually reach a corresponding staff for the repair. I tried to clarify the repair cost and then I got no reply again. I will not recommend buying product from this company due to short product cycle and poor customer service.
