Have placed an order with this company weeks ago, still not received it and no response from customer service despite a number of emails sent. Shocking service! Why have you replied to this review asking me to send an email to your customer service? As I've already said I've sent a number of emails but nobody is responding. Please can someone tell me where my parcel is or issue me a refund.
