I booked my flights through Airpaz, but one of the flights was cancelled due to airline operational reasons. The email I received clearly states that I am eligible for a full refund to my original payment method. However, I have not been able to reach anyone from Airpaz. I called customer service, but no one answered, and I also emailed but have not received any response. This lack of communication is extremely concerning.
