I've been using Piktochart for a while now, mostly for infographics and presentations and the templates are what got me hooked. They're built for content heavy work and they actually hold up once you start filling them in. I barely start from scratch anymore. also the AI features are what keep me coming back though. You just paste in some text or upload a doc and it spits out a layout in seconds🤯 and the image editor and AI modifier are also pretty handy for fine-tuning the generated images without jumping to another tool. You'll still need to tweak things, but that's kind of expected with any AI tool. One thing I didn't expect was how good their support is. Every time I've reached out they've been quick and actually helpful
