We worked with John Briggs. Our loan process was complicated because we had worked with another company at the beginning. There were some mistakes made at that time that made the loan have more hoops to go thru. John was consistantly diligent to be encouraging and did everything nessecary to get us thru the process. Our loan closed today, April 27th, 2026 It is rare to work any longer with people that genuinely have a caring heart, and compassion. John repeatedly showed those qualities. It was a pleasure to work with him, and we would not hesitate to recommend him, or Mutual of Omaha to anyone we know who is interested in a reverse mortgage.
