She was very helpful, and I actually understood her when she spoke. I understand that you have different nationalities working at your call centers, because they will work for dirt cheap. I have lost it with several of your employees just on the basis that they talked way too fast, and I couldn't understand what they were saying.
But today was a good interaction with Marichu. She was patient and she took her time to speak, that I understood every word coming from her mouth. So let me get one (1) thing straight. This is done for her......GOOD JOB MARICHU!!!!

Slow receiving mail
Just unbelievable amount of time it takes to receive my new card. I called today because I still have not received my new credit card, and it was mailed out he said on the 17th of April, and it is the 27th of April. That is unacceptable that it is taking this long to receive my new card. The man who assisted me was nice and quick to give me an answer. It's just how it was mailed out on said date, and I still haven't received it. It only takes 3 business days to receive any pieces of mail within the United States. But not from you
