We are human beings who hope for contact and connection. I was looking forward to some help for my stress, anxiety and depression. Instead mindbloom caused more anxiety and depression. I am a Family Practice physician and when I realized how this corporation operates I feel scammed, scammed, scammed. The therapist was never on the call. She did not try to call me or come on Zoom - I spent 3 hours trying to get a hold of someone, a real person, who actually knows mindbloom - around and around and I realized they don't want to have much contact or a real human connection - Wow. They hide behind that cyber- computer-age screen with limited Real information. Just an overdone website promotion. So terrible that they are using the idea of psychoactive medication with counseling but without a real network and without personal voice contact... the phone number listed online is a national Suicide Prevention phone line. I mean who are these creators of this? These people - they have made this dangerous and unfortunately I will report them to the FDA and DEA for false advertising. I have asked for a refund to say the least and I also asked that my credit card which I billed pursue them and withhold payment for false promotion. Please do not do this to people, especially when seeking mental health help. Don't launch a platform that is sinking....! Dr. JKW
