Freya has been absolutely amazing to work with. I had a small issue with a part on my sons e-bike and she was quick to respond, send instructions and diagnose this issue. A new part is coming in the mail and she even waved the shipping fee! Been a smooth experience which makes me happy because this bike has been my son's favorite and I'm looking forward to my youngest to now enjoy all the fun on it! Keep up the good work!
