Beauty House doesn’t honor their return policy.
I ordered a handful full of items and end up keeping most of them. Two f the items I no longer needed because I my neighbor ordered the same items so I was able to smell the fragrances before opening mine. After knowing I didn’t like them I decided to return the items. Their “start a return” link is inactive. So I decided to email them. I’m on email number five and no one has responded to my email to initiate a return. I called customer service at least 20 by now. I’ve only was able to get one guy on the phone. He took my information and assured me I would receive a return label via email. I still haven’t received that email with the return label. This has been ongoing for two weeks now. They charge you the extra funds for hassle free returns but what good is it if you can’t return items per their policy.
