Slomins has turned completely unprofessional since heir children took over business. All they are interested in is greedy $$$. There is no personal human experience. Their phone message is a joke . You can never reach a Supv. You Lv messages but They don’t call back. I’m a customer of 32 years & finally terminated our relationship. I’m glad to hv cancelled & rid of Slomins crooks. Their alarm monitoring was instructed over a year ago whose phone number to call under monitoring. They failed to call my number as instructed. The brains to Slomins alarm died one evening unbeknownst to me , I couldn’t disengage the alarm system so the ‘false’ alarm went off. . Instead of calling my number, as instructed ,they called directly to the RVCPD dept. Causing a $100 fine unnecessarily. & are refusing to pay for it. So Their systems brains died. Malfunctioning , died &their central station employees didn’t follow protocol instructions to call me. My number was first to call, incompetent employee blew it. There was no emergency nor legitimate false alarm yet they caused a $100 fine, they are crooks. Cheap greedy cowards. They replaced the system b/c I had paid for yearly alarm maintenance fees. Do not use Slomins co,,They are not a good company anymore since kids took over. They don’t do the right thing for any & esp a long term customers. Their employee mis calling police instead of me first is outrageous. Deduct the $100 from incompetent employee’s. A supv was supposed to call me back re: their error causing fine &despite calling several times the supv never called me back. I called several times to speak to a supv who is never available. What co, has no supv available. A complete breakdown of the initial alarm co. Owned by parents who had the work ethic I signed up w good customer service. No more. Crooks & cheap greedy cowards to keep $100 instead of refunding & taking responsibility for an incompetent employee’s wrong & erred actions. ,, do not use Slomins , go elsewhere. Hire someone to install ring. Slomins are crooks.
