Nick J was incredibly helpful in assisting me with reordering products I had previously purchased last year for a new studio location I am opening this summer. His communication was clear, timely, and professional throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on delivery every step of the way, which made planning much easier on my end. The products arrived exactly as described and have already been a big hit when we go out into the community to spread the word about our upcoming opening. I truly appreciate the smooth experience and would highly recommend working with Nick.
