Overall it's okay
Overall, the interview process was fine. It did seem disjointed towards the end after waiting for the technical feedback. The thing that personally bothered me during the technical interview is that my interviewer was vaping during it. It's been about a month since I had my interview, and the lack of professionalism in the behavior is still rubbing me the wrong way. I think they're competent overall, as I did give the company four stars... but could you tell your contractors not vape during a tech interview?
