Ferdz from Plush Beds DESERVES A RAISE
Ferdz from Plush Beds DESERVES A RAISE! He was so kind and patient and explained everything very well and he helped me get a different layer ordered for my mattress after a previous rep misled me with pretty much all the information when I was making decisions about our mattress. We are looking forward to trying this different latex layer and hope it will be what we need. Thank you Ferdz for all your help. (I’ll say it again Ferdz deserves a raise in pay! And I hope he receives it! You have got a very dedicated employee and he deserves to be recognized) THANK YOU FERDZ! Aside from the amazing Ferdz our bed is currently too soft, much too soft. But I appreciate the quality materials of it we have been sleeping on it for a little over a month I think and I am hopeful that this layer change will help. I appreciate that the company has a year long trial period and offers a one time FREE latex layer exchange.
