I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for a wig specifically for my birthday and contacted them the same day to cancel after realising the delivery timeframe would not meet my needs. Despite this, they ignored my request and still shipped the item. The wig arrived late, after my birthday, making it completely useless for its intended purpose. Since then, customer service has been difficult and unhelpful. They have been pushing back instead of taking responsibility, even though I made reasonable efforts to cancel early. I am willing to return the item and even cover return shipping, but the process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. This experience shows poor communication, lack of flexibility, and disregard for customers’ concerns. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless they significantly improve their customer service and order
