I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and would absolutely rate it 5 out of 5 stars. My husband and I worked with Barbera Federica throughout this process, What stood out most was the communication and responsiveness throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered clearly and thoroughly, and whenever I requested a phone call, I received one promptly. The team was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and proactive in keeping me updated. I especially appreciated how much effort was put into resolving our situation. They truly went above and beyond, treating our issue with genuine urgency and care rather than as just another routine request. Their persistence, follow-through, and willingness to explore every possible solution made a very stressful insurance matter much easier to navigate.
