Following my initial email, in which I requested a quote and clearly set out my requirements, there was an exchange of emails that could fill an entire book. In the end, I received something I didn’t want. This led to yet another ‘book’ of emails. In short, you need to organise this in a much more professional manner.

Insurance rates are far too expensive compared to others and on top of premium they are charging exorbitant fees to process payments. If you’re getting services from them it’s probably because they’re the only company you can use, not because you actually want to or because they had a competitive rate or product/service. This is also likely why they seem woefully below industry standards. The people working there were fine to interact with, none of this is their fault.
