“Absolutely best online experience EVER…for getting my grandson’s health insurance thru Pivot Health. It was a last minute effort to “beat a football deadline” so he could play in his first 9th grade game scheduled for tomorrow. Forms were completed and put on website for access. Electronic access/phone conversation with G. Sones was a breeze. She was so helpful/patient and walked us through the online process. We are forever grateful to you…and we can never thank you enough! There was a problem getting into the portal and they told my doctor’s office my insurance was not activated. So I had to reschedule but my agent assures me it was a glitch of some sort and that I am insured. It took a very long time and 4 representatives before I gave up and let my agent handle it.

Better customer service, better relations with cigna and coordinating care. better help with reviewing claims and those claims being inputted timely not 6 months after the appt. Very disappointed in all aspects of dealing with Pivot. Bad business to have to threaten calls and complaints to MO Board of Insurance to ever getting any action, returned call, text or email.

The best short term pricing around! Also if you like your Doctor you can keep your doctor with these plans. Pivot has excellent customer service to walk you through their plans, pricing, and rules. The technology end and eSignature process was really easy and they are going to auto bill my credit card each month. Ten day take a look refund policy and then you can cancel anytime after 30 days. Very reasonable and I will recommend them to everyone!
