Ryan, has been so kind in all of my appointments with him. He knew my circumstances for why I needed new health insurance. He listened on a personal level, and found a plan to fit my needs. But what's more than that, is he had empathy for someone he never met. Ryan went above and beyond and shared of his own personal life to meet me emotionally. Michael Rivera was so amazing! I found America First through IG and when I signed up for the initial call, Michael confirmed my appointment and called right at 10a. A quick 30 min call later and I had a new health care plan with better benefits, a lower deductible AND he saved me $200/mo!!! Plus - I didn’t have to go through all those automated bots and wait 5 hours to finally speak with someone. As someone very healthy, I think paying over $400 is ridiculous for individual health care (what I paid before) but now I only pay $233/mo. Thank you Michael and America First Health Care!

First, let me say I had to apologize to David because I started off jaded and crabby. I keep trying to talk to insurance providers but it’s always the same story …..”UNOFFORDABLE”, like another mortgage! David was so helpful and up to date on information that he blew my mind. We have always had the worst darn coverage but just something to protect us. By the end of the call, I had not only health, but also dental and vision for less than I was paying for the crappy stuff!!! David is amazing and the most helpful insurance agent I’ve ever connected with!! Thank you so much!!

I can’t thank Declan Meehan enough for helping us get affordable healthcare through America First. We’ve been searching for years for a plan we could afford, and honestly thought it would never happen. I’m so glad I set up an initial appointment to see what they could offer us. Declan walked me through every step of process, and explained things thoroughly. Any question I asked, he knew the answer to, and best of all if he didn’t make me feel like they were dumb questions. His compassion was amazing. His quick reply on all my questions via email was impressive and so appreciated. When I was given the monthly payments for my husband and I, tears filled my eyes because we could finally afford healthcare through insurance. Absolutely wonderful. Kaori walked me through every plan that I had available to me and explained them thoroughly and once I understood exactly what I was signing and why I was signing it. I agreed to a plan that would best fit my needs. As you know, Health Insurance still hasn’t gotten all a car like car insurance but someday it might and then our plans will be different in price because I wouldn’t need certain things that my plan has that I don’t need like family planning. But for now I’ve got a very good plan at a very good price.Kaori explained it all he’s very friendly and very engaged and extremely knowledgeable about what he’s doing right now. We are going over my UIL to see if that coverage is best for me. He’s amazing. He does outstanding work and he’s very approachable. Great guy great agent.

I would love to thank Caleb Torres from the bottom of my heart! I was laid off from my employer after working there 22 years. I always had health insurance. I never took it for granted but I never needed to figure out a way to find affordable healthcare. I am a single mom who is very responsible and cares so much about the welfare of my daughter. I answered all the questions and explained I wanted to view and go through the plans myself. After all that; he said he will remove me from the list as I won’t let him sit on the phone and talk at me worthlessly for 20 minutes. I have worked in healthcare and with insurance enough and don’t have time for a salesman to talk at me! I also don’t absorb an ounce of information listening to someone speak at me. I prefer to look them over and select my plan by viewing and reading….. not an option and as soon as I said sure; if they absolutely force you to talk at me then you can talk but I’ll just leave you on the line so you can follow your rules. Then he said nah I’ll remove you and lost me as a possible customer. Pretty stupid reason to lose business…. I’d have bought a plan, but one I got to choose simply by reading them myself….. apparently they want their salesmen to get a lot of words in and you have no option to not sit on the phone pointlessly. What a dumb reason to lose money!

I had the daunting task to seek out health insurance and discovered this company on IG so thought I'd give it a go. Jayden Sotolongo had his work cut out for him when he answered my inquiry!
