Facilities have a difficult time finding Companion Life in system. Customer service closed on weekends. Once you get jump over initial hurdles it is alright.

This review is based soley on the the experience of getting signed up. Tina, the licensed professional I spoke to was very insightful into all my questions and concerns and was quickly able to help me find a plan within my budget for the things I was asking. She did wonderful, after that, I was directed to a lady named Angie, she went over everything with me again to reconfirm all the information. She was also very accommodating with my questions. Overall I had a good 1st experience with this process.
