We just want to thank Acuity for the excellent service we had after Hurricane Helene in 2024. We had zero problems. After the claim was filed everything was taken care of. Acuity was very helpful checking on us numerous time to see how we were doing.. After reading reviews on other big name insurance companies we were sure glad that we had Acuity. Rated A+++++.

Great Acuity insurance company.

Done with Acuity
I have had Acuity Insurance for most of my adult life until my car insurance doubled in price. No tickets, no claims filed ever and bundled everything with my policy. I pay my bills on time or early no matter what and this is what my loyalty got me? At least my independent agent got me a new insurance company whose rates were half as much as my Acuity policy.

Acuity Insurance adjuster Mark Farris
Acuity Insurance adjuster Mark Farris, Senior Field Claims Representative, came to our house and was very fair on the evaluation of our claim. He was a very nice man, and represented Acuity Insurance very well. He understood the situation and I am really pleased. He read our policy and adjusted accordingly. Fast Response and Great Service
My roof was damaged in a hail storm and the Acuity agent was absolutely great. He had an inspector come look at the roof right away and I received a check from Acuity very soon after that. I could not have asked for better support and service.

Very comfortable claim
We processed a claim for hail damage to our house. Was expecting a hard line from the Insurance Company based on conversations with other people with different insurance. Acuity was very professional about the complete claim from reporting the claim, the adjuster visit, and the final estimate and payment for the claim. It went 1000% better than I anticipated and feel they were very fair in their estimate.

We have been with Acuity for more than 30 years. Their adjusters really go to bat for us. The talk to us and get our opinion. We are approached every year for quotes and we don't even consider. Our agents are like family by now. They know our business inside out. Cheri S.

Prices were reasonable when others jacked up prices. Minimal increases. Would think, having no claims would at least not increase premiums.

Started Acuity all in coverages (auto & home ) from2022, it was $3811, within last four years without filing any claims but the premium rise up to $ 9830 & hail damages deductible is 2% in 2026, the average home coverage in Texas was up 3.4%, but Acuity rise 34% than 2025, just can’t afford it, regardless it is a good company or not ,but without the limits to charge their customer whatever they want with the excuse of widespread natural disasters in Texas..
