I have been with NJM for over 40…
I have been with NJM for over 40 years…while we haven’t had too many claims, the ones we did have were pretty substantial and NJM was very easy to work with and their response time was fantastic. We were able to get our repairs underway almost immediately and the companies they recommended to us were top notch.

I have had NJM insurance for cars and house for over 50 years. This was the first time I had to make a claim. The representatives were kind, professional, and understanding. I’m very pleased with how I was treated and very thankful to have thousands insurance.

NJM Makes It Easy
NJM representatives worked very quickly to settle my collision claim. The estimate was exact and the payment to both the car rental and the repair came immediately. The entire process was hassle-free. I was given names and registration numbers that also helped.

I was shocked by the handling of my claim.
I was shocked by the handling of my claim filed in July. I have always had such excellent service with NJM. The disjointed way the claim was handled by claims rep telling us to get our estimates and send them in and then complaining he didn't like the piecemeal way this was being done. His complaints of how busy he was should not have been voiced to us but to his supervisor. His workload should not affect the service received by me from NJM. And it did.

Adjuster made a point of trying to clearly understand the details of a somewhat unusual claim; she was very patient as explained all the details. Interface either Caliber Collision was seamless and expedient.
