My representative was Caleb Pederson, who was very thorough, easy to understand, as well as patient. There is so many options out there, but you have to find the right agent with the knowledge to know how to put it all together. He was able to approve me for a much better Medicare plan than what I currently had, that not only saved me 1,452.00 in premiums a year, but my dental plan paid for so much more as well as my vision plan. He was easy to talk to, and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I also felt very comfortable with the ability to contact him at anytime with questions or concerns that may come along in the future. It will be nice not having to talk to a bot for an hour, and get passed from person to person. He was also very respectful of my time. Great Company to work with!

Sadly I cannot remember her name, but she was the most polite and helpful people I’ve done any business with in the 38 years of relocating to Virginia. I have ha some. Helpful and polite people help me in the past, but this lady was by far the best anywhere. Thank you so much.

JOSHUA WASHINGTON is the only person that has ever informed me if the hospital endemic plan available through UHC ever. I mentioned to him that my heart doctor leaned to do a Pet scan & nuclear test on me & how I had to decline the tests due to not having sufficient finances to pay the co-pays on them . So, it really doesn't help to have insurance since the co-pays are unreachable for me as a disabled senior.
Then, he mentioned the hospital endemity plan available which I signed up for. He also informed me that it has been costing me $32.70 per month premium for the plan I currently have for which I was not aware. Therefore, I decided to go with the plan that would increase my specialist doctor copay to $30 up from my $10 current copay. Also added the$200 available to me up to twice a year to help cover the deductable fir the testing my cardiologist wanted to do on me. I see an improvement to my plan from this chage I signed up for. I wish that I had reached a representative years ago that would have been this through with explaining all the details. Thank U for your good service & hiring competent employees like Joshua to explain all options. Thanks again & have a blessed day 🙏
