Debra was awesome with me, I had questions, and she handled with expertise, I'm nervous about switching insurance plans, United Health was very good to me, anyway Debra got me extra money to my social security paycheck, and a benefit card, that if I don't use all the money, it'll roll over to next month.

I spoke to Anthony Lester and he explained how changing the way my insurance worked that it could actually help me in the long g run. He got me extra money back that never knew existed. He took his time with me and was very patient with me. I’m 70 years old and some things I may not understand but he explained it so I could understand it.
