I am a new member so as far as my experience, there isn’t a lot to say, except for the young lady that I was talking to that got me started with this new medical insurance. She was wonderful informative took plenty of time with me with all my questions, and if I didn’t understand something, she took the time to explain it to me, though sometimes she had to explain more than once, so she was very patient and it was because of the information that she gave me which chose me to make a change and what I already had to choose this, Insurance that being said, I’m looking forward to more experiences with this new medical insurance company as I start using it.

I enjoyed talking with the agent she seemed to know about the different policies. She did very well checking my meds against the formularies to make sure they were on the list and would be covered, along with doctors, and hospital's.

Co pays are too high. No transportation benefits. The $45.00 should be rolled over every month. In case an elderly person can’t make it to a store before the end of the month.
